New Moon Meditation for Scorpio
Gaze into your own eyes and declare who you are. Tell yourself. Look unwaveringly into your eyes—into your life and your choices. Peer into the eyes of your soul. What does it tell you—your soul? Can you find solace in silence to listen to it? Do you have the bravery to truly hear it? Or do you muffle its voice with the everyday clamor?
Do you possess the courage to live your life—yours alone? Not your parents’, your children’s, your friends’, your neighbors’, or your enemies’. Not according to their expectations and schemes. Have you forgotten, or have you unearthed yourself amid the cacophony? Yes? That’s splendid. Sometimes? Rarely? Perhaps only on Sundays? When? When do you heed your soul? When do you lean into it? And your spirit, your eternal spirit, do you perceive it? Have you ever glimpsed the fire within your spirit? Does it warm you? What is it? You inquire—what is it?
You, I, we—we’ve all plummeted, fallen so low, so low… From that place where hearing it was a given. You, I, we’ve plunged into that density, into the chaos of the survival game, into the hamster wheel. But even there, yes, even there, you can remember and gaze into the eyes of your soul. And from there—right here—you can breathe life into your spirit’s fire. To kindle, to illuminate, to awaken. Inhale a memory—a reminder of who you were, who you are at your core. WHO YOU TRULY ARE. I AM. WE ARE.
You can beckon the winds of triumph, the dawn of faith, and rendezvous with them atop the mountain. At your haven of strength. That place known only to you. But you do know it. That place, that mountaintop, resides foremost within you. Then it extends to the world.
You can summon the sorcerer within, the magician within, if only you remember, if only you remember even slightly. If only it holds meaning for you, even a smidgen. Immortality, certainty. Magic, which always resides there, has always been and will always be within you—much like an unbreakable promise, like runes etched onto a knowing stone—you merely need to sweep away the concealing surface, and they’ll gleam. They’ll shine. They’ll manifest. Your power can beckon them.
Breathe with the strength of your spirit. Connect with the might of your spirit. Embrace your spirit; dare to gaze into the eyes of your soul—don’t avert your gaze. Don’t distance yourself. Stay true to yourself, stay true to your essence. Let the fire of your spirit awaken within you; first, sense it in your diaphragm, then allow it to ascend—like a roaring blaze, like a pillar of light, upward and downward, into the sky and into the earth.
Be that pillar of light, within your true self. Live it and create.
